Hosts are responsive and leave milk, chocolates, tea/coffee, and toiletries on arrival. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available (some guests note a musty smell). Streaming services on the TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Guests can prepare meals at their own pace. Tea, coffee, sugar, lollies, and cold water are provided. No restaurant or dining service on-site. The dining area seats four. Groceries can be delivered upon request.
“The spacious, well-appointed two-bedroom apartment strikes a sensible balance for value, particularly with its modern bathroom and surprisingly quiet central location. It's clearly outfitted with thoughtful touches, making it a comfortable base for exploring Dunedin, and the attentive host communication adds a welcome layer of reassurance.”
